throwing for 300 yards and making Alabama's star studed NFL secondadry look like ole miss for 58 minutes, should be thrown out the window because of a checkdown pass and taking a sack while running an offense Saban knew was going to run in that instance.

I have to honest. The vast majority of Alabama posters have been respectful and complimentary of LSU after the game. But there will always be jerks and poor winners like you and the OP.

Was there some flame in the OP? Maybe 2 btu's worth but the real point of the op being about no one caring how bad LSU looked in a two minute has been established. A few replied and said what they felt about the last drive but most got on and cried about sportmanship. Mostly because they couldnt handle discussing it because they were not over the game yet. They probably should have just ignored the thread since their skin was so thin. Had I waited a week to bring it up everyone would have bitched about "let it go" so I brought it up on "Monday" while the game was relevant. If you wonder about the validity of the thread ask yourself "why is it still around on Thursday six pages deep?"

The bad thing about a thread going over 3 pages is lazy people (Golgi Apparatus) wont read every post and rehash. A few corrections for those too lazy to read the entire thread:
We have already established that the statement of Mett having more time than AJ was phrased wrong. Flukerflakes has pointed it out twice now, that the point was AJ's td drive took less time than what was left for Mett.

I said Ridley but meant #11 (Ware I think is who I meant) was open on all three plays near the left sideline and would have been a better choice for the dump off. It was obvious to anyone who paid attention to the game who I was refering to. For those who had to get cute about the mistake. As I once said, It shows you have no other point to make when all you resort to is spell/grammar check or calling out technicalities.

Thanks to those who had the balls to admit the last drive was a debacle. To those who are not ready to accept it, best of luck with MSU.

I know he played the game of his life Sat. night but dude froze up in crunch time. The fact is he had more time on the clock than A.J. for his teams last drive. He was facing soft coverage every play like A.J. supposedly was, and he only had a three man rush each play to worry about. All he managed to do was dump it off on one play and get sacked on another.
