Considering UGA has recruited and even started black QBs over the past 20-25 years, I don't understand what the man is getting at. Is he saying that UGA is racist? If so, perhaps he should be the one providing the evidence.
To me it sounds like the typical Critical Race Theory argument that disparity equals oppression (racism, etc.). It sounds like he's saying because UGA hasn't had more black starting QBs, that it must be due to racism. He needs to prove the accusation, because UGA has had multiple black QBs on roster and gave them playing time and starting roles over the years. There are many reasons why UGA hasn't had more black QB1s recently and they don't all involve racism.
Perhaps we should ask why so many teams don't have more Asian players, or Hispanics players. Maybe we should ask why more teams don't have more white defensive linemen or cornerbacks. Also, why not more black kickers? Is racism the only answer to these questions?
