Congrats... Arkansas was ranked #3 in the nation within the last 15 years and were 1 win away from the title game.

When I say one win away, I mean last week of the season win(conference championship week) and you’re in. You weren’t in the championship game with that opportunity. 07 Mizzou went into the last week #1. 13. Mizzou came in 5th but had to beat Auburn and they face FSU.
And here comes Arkansas with more excuses. That’s their thing.

Your fanbase has to create threads acting like the little brother asking why no one respects you.
Respect is earned. Do something relevant for the conference and people will respect you.
There are 0 sports that Missouri competes in on a national stage.

You misunderstood my thread, I am not asking why nobody respects Mizzou, I am asking why Arkansas deserves to be treated any differently when they are objectively worse at football.

And I answered the question. Our football program has been average at best over the last 10 years, but been held up by the rest of our athletic department being great to elite in tons of other sports. It's easy to overlook our football program when everything else is going extremely well.
Missouri isn't good at anything.

I like Mizzou. But Arky...uggh. Everything about them is unappealing. Imagine having a pig as your mascot and calling yourself a razor back. Yikes.
The only time i cheered for Arkansas was when Matt Jones was their QB.
They were exciting to watch as well in the Petrino years but took this ridiculous phone arse moral high ground approach and fired him over sleeping with an intern.
No one with a brain would coach in that dump after seeing that. Literally turned on their most competent football coach ever in a desperate attempt to save face to the media. Ouch

Imagine bragging about a 4th place finish and then losing to Princeton.
Arkansas still went further in the tourney, and had 3 players drafted, 2 of which in the first round.
It's not our fault our 2 best players were injured and missed the majority of the season. How well would Missouri had done without Kobe Brown?
