Arky has wins over 2 top 30 teams. None of Lsu's opponents can make that claim.

Again, you lose cred with that. The Big ten + 2 is better than the big least but not even close to being better than the Pacific dozen.

I see two currently ranked teams LSU beat. How many for Alabama?

LSU has beaten 3 top 15 teams on the road
Bama can't make that claim
Bama can't make that claim

The Pac12 and Big East are ranked below the Big 12, SEC and Big Ten. Penn St win > beating a team from the Pac12 or Big East.

Thanks to playing Florida yesterday. Before that, Bama had played a tougher schedule. Lsu will have the more difficult one from here on out, no doubt. Bama sets up for a great schedule this year overall. Remaining schedule:
Even then.. it's up in the air. UF is not good. Arkansas is pretty good. I'd say WVU and Oregon are better than UF and Arkansas, this season. I'd be interested in seeing Oregon and Arkansas match up. Arky typically struggles tackling.. and LMJ would probably rush for 250 on them.
Oregon is the best team that LSU will play outside of Alabama this year.. and it's really not close.

And the reason for that is, they All lost to LSU. Thanks for helping to make that point clear.

You just lost all credibility(what was left)

You seriously just said that Bama's victory over an unranked Penn State team was better than an LSU win over a top 5 Oregon team and a top 15 West Virginia team

Penn State is 5-1 and strugled to beat temple, but Temple blew out Maryland, who is WVU best win and they struggled to get it.
cant fricking argue with that

Oregon > Wisconsin? Not sure about that.
Stanford > Michigan or MSU? Not sure about that either.
ASU > Michigan or MSU?
Who's left that's decent in the PAC-12 that would be considered better than Nebraska?

Oregon and WVU have destroyed that shitty competition like good teams should.
Picking on shite competition isn't impressive...well...maybe it is to LSU fans. Again LSU has faired the WORST against that staunch Oregon defense lol

There's no debate that LSU has played the more difficult schedule between LSU and Alabama.
After this week I'd say LSU's is stronger simply because they just played UF. But last week...it was very debatable.
quote:
Mind boggling that Oregon is averaging 50 points a game (#2 scoring offense) after playing LSU too.
Not that mind boggling considering their competition.
quote:
Even if WVU and Oregon have played shite competition.. so has Penn St, and both Oregon and WVU would beat Penn St by 3 TDs minimum.
But not Arkansas. Arky would probably beat WVU. Toss up between them and Oregon. Penn State would probably beat everyone else on LSU's schedule. Probably even UF at this point too.

I guess since i actually heard someone i know argue that communism works and is good if run by the right people....it doesnt surprise me that someone could argue that LSU hasnt played the tougher schedule. Both arguments are equally insane...but kudus for giving it a shot...

Oh, you're one of those guys who lets talking heads and pencil-necked geeks with a blog tell you who's better. Good to know.

You mean, the one that Arky has played better teams and won, than Oregon and WV has?

It's all in timing. Who's on, what info to use.. etc..
