Why do coaches have such little respect for Disney Gaypier?

UF’s secondary coach from last year, Will Harris, just left for the Miami hurricanes after one season in Gainesville

Now Texas is about to poach our rb coach.

So much turnover in just 3 seasons
3 DCs: Patrick Toney (who the caw forced to quit because I pissed his wife off), Austin Armstrong and now Ron Roberts

3 cb coaches: Corey Raymond, Will Harris and ?

And many other position coaches have changed at least once, besides RB coach (who is likely going to Texas)

3 strength and conditioning coaches, with one of them quitting after 2 weeks in the off season to work at BC. Our first S&C coach mark Hocke sucked and got demoted, the guy who replaced him was actually a good hire and left after 2-3 weeks under Gaypier so we replaced him with mark hockes intern while mark Hocke is still on staff doing…?

The only assistant coaching role that hasn’t changed is the OC, which is Billy Napier.

Can someone please hire away Billy Napier like UGA did Mike white?
