He knew he wasn't going to be the #1 WR this year. Maybe he can be next year.

yeah he's going to be a beast in the NFL. Not sure why his draft grade wouldn't be to go. He'll be a pain to face next year.
But the WR class coming out this year is WILDLY deep with very good prospects.
He’s not at the very top of it and it’s so deep that after 6 or so it could get very unpredictable as far as who is taken and where. Team preference, team need, all sorts of things.
He certainly looks like a mid 2nd round pick to me.

I was surprised. I thought he was up there with Jeudy in talent. I figured if anyone was coming back for them, it would be Ruggs. But he has that speed that’s gonna make him first round I guess.
