Tennessee consistently has excellent recruiting yet still is in one hell of a mess even with all the talent they pull. I'd definitely say Tennessee.

I think Tenn is in worse shape.
Arkansas has it rough at the moment, but I actually think they might pull some upsets with Stark as qb.
I think Tenn is much closer to pulling the plug on the HC. And I am sorry but that would be a bad move.
It seems as if many Arky fans doubt Chad, but they are also giving him more space.
