LSU and Georgia each had 6 guys drafted but Alabama had 4 in the first round. Who do you guys think won the draft? LINK

LSU....probably would have won with a good QB to score some points.

Any given Saturday throw the draft out the window, any SEC team with exception of Vandy can beat any other team if stars align

Two different questions.
But if I were recruiting and had a guarantee I'd take the 4 first round draft picks over the 6 drafted through out the draft. Unless one of those 6 was a 1st or 2nd round QB.

Poor North Carolina. I think they had 7 drafted and only 3 or 4 played. Only one, QB TJ Yates, played in every game.

No kidding. Quinn, Austin, and Little were all taken in the first 2 rounds and they were all suspended for the whole season.

#1 player finished #1, makes sense.

Recruiting wise, I think 4 1st Rd picks > more drafted
Recruits don't just care about making it to the NFL anymore, they want to be picked high as well...

Without being a homer I think most people would take 4 first round draft picks vs 5-6 taken over the full 7.
