Honest to god I don’t know
It looks like both suck at recruiting
It looks like both are meh X’s and O’s guys
Dead serious- I’d take Gus over both of them without hesitation

Harsin gets a pass this year with regard to recruiting. The early signing period made things a lot more difficult given when he came on and that he managed to get us a top 20 class at all is a miracle in and of itself. He's also doing OK in the portal in an attempt to fill holes.
As an Xs and Os guy Harsin is more traditional than Gus but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Imagine having one of the greatest offensive minds in CFB at the helm and having the 8th best betting odds to win an SEC title at +2500 with the no name coach at AU (+1800) at 6th and a hapless Harry Potter at 7th (+2000). Plus, Ole Miss draws UTk and Vandy from the East. At least they have the Lane Train and Joey Lakewater to fall back on.
That said, frick AU and UTk. I hope their shite hires haunt them for years to come

Harsin. Easy. He at least has a track record of maintaining a program. Heupel’s record deteriorated each year at UCF.
