uga playing catchup against sc from the first quarter. how did uga o do against a common opponent, like bama and fl?

Because an LSU fan told me so? frick that. Our offense kicked arse last year. Yeah USC game was a total cluster frick. We couldn't block Clowney and that ruined the entire gameplan. Had no confidence after that. Murray had 2 brainfarts in the UF game and we still moved the ball decently on their top ranked D. Moved the ball exceptionally well on Bama as well.
Just because you repeat something over and over again doesn't make it so. Look at the facts: we have a prolific passer returning, the best RB in the SEC and a top 5 conference back to split carries with him. We return the core of our WR's and get our top playmaker back on offense full time as well as Murray's favorite target (Bennett) back from injury. We have two proven tight ends, with Lynch being preseason all sec, returning as well as our entire offensive line.
We put up great numbers last year, how are we not supposed to get better with added experience and integral players that we didn't have before, returning?
Again, you can say it until you're blue in the face, but you'll be the only one saying it since you're the only one that thinks this way. We had a great offense last season, it's only going to be better. fricking deal.

LSU's defense will drop off a bit more than georgia's
Don't believe LSU's defense will be as strong as last year's.

LSU out rushed and out threw UGA,against Bama. Against UF,UGA had 20 more yards.

That it is! You have no idea for me. I was born in baton Rouge, and worked for Delta Air lines in Baton Rouge for 3 1/2 years. So I KNOW what it is like to be around you guys! You are definitely rabid fans...and that is a good thing. It is one of the things that make the SEC the premier league in the country. Add to that, that my brother is still a HUGE LSU fan, and well....he might just have to come by the house to watch the game with me....I will put away all the guns and knives!

At home, yes (530 ypg). Less so on the road (405 ypg). Against unranked teams, yes (500 ypg). Less so against ranked teams (409 ypg).
And in the three biggest games of the year, Georgia's offense had its worst performances (224 yds v. USC, 273 v. UF, 394 v. Bama).

Do YOU honestly believe that this will be LSU's best defense they have had in the past ten years? If you do, good luck with that. If you don't, then how are any of those things wrong?

Yes and no. Gotta look at the games as a whole. The two SECCG's he played pretty well. Had 2 TD's dropped against LSU and moved the ball well against Bama only to have a game winning pass tipped on a great play by Mosely.

As I've mentioned before, USC was just a total meltdown. Nothing was ever going to work in that game. Props to the cocks.
Florida we played like shite and still won.
Almost put up 400 yards against Bama and were 5 yards away from a national title. So don't know where you're going with that one.

Covered that. LSUs oline was an absolute mess early in the season. Injuries, players quitting etc.
The offense showed consistant improvement over the course of the season as players who will be back next year made strides. The end of SEC play the offense played consistently very well including Mettenberger.

HUH? Please re-read my post and show me where I said our defense would not drop off? Because I would swear I said that they don't have too much farther to drop off. They were not very good last year. LSU's defense, on the other hand, was pretty darn good. Not up to LSU standards, but good. I am saying yours will drop off more than Georgia's. And don't twist this either. LSU's defense will STILL be much better than Georgia's. But Georgia's Offense will be MUCH better than LSU's.
