Who is paying the players lawyers?

I assume originally, they took the case on contingency with fees to be paid from NIL/rev share once the players were on the roster. Now that the door is closed on that route, are they betting on collecting enough damages from the SEC to make it worth their time? How much of a settlement would actually make its way to the players affected?

Or is someone in Baton Rouge footing the bill?
