Who hired the better staff, UT or AU?

In another thread an AU fan said the reason they're most excited by the Chizuk hire is because
1. They hired a great staff
2. They got off to a great start recruiting and were in on some great players.
I agree with both but I think UT did well in those areas too.
Anyway, just curious, from an outsider who did better in these two categories UT or AU?

I think it's pretty clear that UT hired the best overall staff... but I also think that it's pretty clear that Auburn's head coach is more sane and capable of leading those coaches with minimized risk of the staff crumbling underneath him because of the sheer lack of leadership.
So, UT has better individual coaches, AU has a better shot of their staff not sucking wind.

Well, the UT coaching staff has a psychopath and a guy older than dirt working for his son. I'll go with them for entertainment.

I have no problem with Tennessee, it's coaches, or fans so don't take it as a knock but I say Auburn.
Maybe if things were a little more quite up there in Knoxville I would call it even at this point.

Being a non biased fan (Miss state), I belive that Tennessee hired the better staff. They have a guy who has been a head coach in the SEC (Ed Ogeron) and also a Super Bowl winning defensive coordinator (Monte Kiffen) as well as some great young entergetic position coaches who are also great recruiters (Frank Wilson). I feel that Tennessee will win 7 or 8 this year while Auburn will struggle to win 6. But thats just my opinion.

Just me but I say Auburn. I get the feeling that Tn went out and hired grat individual coaches but they kind of have that beginning of the season Yankees feel to them(lots of names but no continuity). Chizik in no way should have gotten the job at Auburn that is to high a profile job in the sec, but he is at least quiet and respectful and stands a better chance at succeeding than Kiffin.

UT
I think they have three national recruiters of the year and as stated a hall of fame coach in Monte.

Both had decent hires at staff.
Tennessee has done better in recruiting from a purely star ratings stand point.
But if you asked me who should be more hopeful right now or if I were a fan who would I rather pull for right now and in the near future?
It is without one shadow of a doubt, Auburn. UT is going to fall flat on their face. The fail that is going on up there is going to make a good run at Bama's epic fail with the whole Probation, Price, Shula era. Auburn's headcoach at least appears to have some semblance of integrity.
