Bodycam footage shows that Stanley (the driver) was taking full responsibility for the weed. However, they will arrest everyone in the car if the car smells regardless if 1 guy or 10 guys were smoking in the vehicle.

I'm pretty sure no OU players have been arrested. Rodney Anderson just has a VPO pending atm.
