I would have said Oklahoma, but they can’t even achieve a poll ranking. They are just a dumpster fire.

Georgia got beat by unranked Auburn, though. Ole Miss got beat by #21 Florida at the time and who is now unranked.
Has their schedule been bad up until now? Yeah. no doubt. But , they play #4 ND now, so that will shed some light. But there have been some monumental upsets so far, and they have won all their games and avoided being upset. But, it's hard to call them overrated based on their schedule. Just because they have played an easy schedule to date is not proof they are not good. Everybody said they were overrated last year right up until they played for the National Championship.

That would leave 3-5 Arkansas as the #15 ranked team. Does that look right to you?

Very subjective but most overrated to start the season? A&M preseason top team that hasn't done anything.
Most overrated during the season? Idk I go Louisville, Texas Tech, BYU, or SMU.
