1)Herschel
The rest is muddled. 2-5 can be filled in some order by Garrison Hearst, Knowshon, Rodney Hampton, Willie McClendon, Tim Worley, Lars Tate. I guess if someone put a gun to my head I might say:
2)Hearst
3)Knowshon
4)Hampton
5)??
Btw when it's all said and done, I believe Gurley will easily end up on this list.

Can't ignore a Heisman Trophy winner who came up huge in the biggest game Alabama has played in almost 20 years.

I just don't understand how a heisman winner with his size is 3rd string for the freaking saints.
Before he left it was clear tr was way better..
Much like this year with yeldon and lacy.. sometimes it was like wow lacy gtco

Not every Heisman winner has gone on to be an All-Pro player at their position. Just saying.
Ron Dayne won the Heisman in 1999 while Alexander finished 7th in the voting. I think it's clear to us who went on to have the better career in the NFL.

There are a lot of great college players who are aren't successful in the pro's just as there are a lot of great NFL players who weren't as good in college.

Because the Heisman doesn't mean squat as it relates to the NFL.

Herschel
Garrison Hearst
Frank Sinkwich
Charlie Trippi
Knowshon
Rodney Hampton
Tim Worley
Musa Smith
Terrell Davis, but only in the NFL.
I'm hoping for Todd Gurley to make this list someday as at least number 3.
