Mon Adams effort as a junior was not in question. Our depth was horrendous and he was overworked. After game 7 he was running on fumes. Knowledgeable scouts have echoed this. As far AU DL we acruelly probably have even more depth than last year's line due to the development of Andrew Williams and Holland. Question is will any of them be STUDS.

It's funny this got 6 down-votes. Because it's Auburn?

Exactly. The Auburn hate is strong on this site.

You can post actual facts about Auburn "Kamryn Partway ran for XXXX yards last year and led the SEC in yards per game" or "Auburn is the last team not named Alabama to win the SEC" and you'll still get downvoted to hell.

But post an opinion that's supported by facts or results like "Auburn will have one of the best DLs in the SEC next year" and you'll get downvoted to hell and probably called a troll or homer

So how do you expect it to play out? What do you think the DL will look like in a game?

UF will surprise folks...a lot of players have snap experience...some a lot of snaps. CeCe Jefferson, Taven Bryan (wild Wyoming kid), Khairi Clark, Keivonnis Davis, Jordan Sherit, Jabari Zuniga, Anntonneous Clayton was true frosh last year and got snaps at end of season, we had a few guys injured who missed parts of the season or you might have heard more about them. Our LBers are young but already have had a lot of snaps and helped beat LSU on the road. The DBs are solid with a lot of incoming frosh highly rated. The defense will surprise many. A lot of key games at home helps.

Starters will be Davidson, Russell, Brown, and Holland.

There will be lots of rotation. Especially on the interior where we will be 3 deep at both spots. That way we will stay fresh all game long to stuff all your RBs

I see LSU doing this as well. Platoon rotations.

This may be another year of dominant defenses because I don't see many stellar OL units out there.

Bama routinely has the best recruiting classes. They will likely have the best DL again.

Auburn's OL should be solid again

Yea Speaks has surprised everyone in practice this spring bringing it every single play. They just now need to work on his hand placements and a few other small details. But he has been a big surprise. Hopefully taking on a leadership role with Haynes. But like they say, it is spring so hopefully it will carry over. He seems like a genuine guy. Yall should be pretty deep this year.

What I saw with Ole Miss was simple...very young DBs and were slightly built...but the number one problem was lack of a run game...No QB can overcome that in the SEC. Defense wilted in games because of the lack of ground and the offense wasnt on the field enough in key games.

UF's run game should be much better in 2017 than in the last few years because of the upperclassmen on the OL now.

I totally agree with you, and I believe they have shifted some better bodies in place for DB since swapping formations this year. And you are right about the run game. We can't seem to get that bruiser back in the run game. We get alot of scat backs but they can't hold up to SEC defenses. We have Jordan Wilkens coming back this year off of his academic mishap last year. He will be our bigger back but I still don't see him being one to push for 4-5 yards downhill when we need it. Like you say, QB can't do it alone.

What about pass rushers? What can we expect for the Tide in that field?

I think we can expect a huge drop-off.

You always have the best of everything and it's never close until September gets here and then you can pencil in 3 losses. Reminds me a lot of Tennessee.

Alabama is probably better but Georgia should have an awesome front 7 and a very good D line.

UGA's weak spot last year was defensive backs.

How has upgrading that position come along in the offseason?
