Third will be a race betweenn LSu and Auburn. Arkansas is going to win the west with Bama second as they will beat LSU's butt again, LSU will not pass the 50 again and Bama will shut down LSu's pathetic offense.

Or LSU will repeat as conference champion and beat just about everyone by 3 scores. We'll see.

Doubt it, but we'll find out on November 3rd.

Got to. Have a case of RC Cola and a box of moonpies riding on it.

Cool story, bro

Try harder with your threads. They need work

You're still hung up on the "cool story, bro" weak sauce responses, I see.

Sorry but Au has had only 1 season over the last 5 years where they didn't lose 4 or more games. Granted that was the year of the Camanomoly and was a hell of year. So excuse me since I think that trend continues as it's really not a stretch.

I've got $800 so far on it between me and 4 other people. A Michigan fan, an Auburn fan, and two LSU fans. Those fools will be throwing me their cash.

Sounds more like you're just a Bama homer who can't admit that Auburn is going to get much better, and we could possibly see Bama/Auburn be the two SEC teams that will inevitably be in the playoffs in 2014.

"Not so fast my friend."
LSU won the defacto CCG in Tuscaloosa with (in spite of?) JJ. If Zach turns out to be a pretty good QB, how can a LSU fan not be optimistic/confident?

does the seat get warm for CGC after another disappointing season?

For his first year and a year after losing all of his starters and 30+ players those weren't disappointing. His recruiting and coaching hires will have him competing for the west after this year.

I take it you disagree. With 20/20 hindsight, wasn't that the case?

Or you are just a Barner suck up on the board trying to project that you are a "non-biased/homer" .

Au could get much better but they will have to prove they are not going to lose 4+ games a year like they have the last 4/5 years before I will say that they will conistently be a threat. I hope they get there but I'm just a glass is half empty kinda guy when it comes to Au.

Currently LSU, BAMA, ARK and UGA all have better teams and will beat them in 12, plus Clempson, MSU, A & M all could beat Au or Au could beat them all. Another 4 loss season. yawn!

Well tubs' recruits aren't here, and Chizik is consistently getting top 5-10 classes.

Could be the case, I hope so, it will make it that much more fun to watch SEC games.

Or I've been saying to my friends for months that Aubie was coming back. I hate Auburn, but I WANT them to be great. When we ruin their season it makes it sweeter.

And apparently I'm sucking up to my most hated program.

Fans like him who try and act like Auburn is irrelevant piss me off. Besides, if Bama/Auburn was a National Title game once we got the playoffs that'd be awesome!

We'd all probably kill each other....and our trees!

I'm thinking LSU/B.E. champ/ACC champ and Houston would be great.

Probably a toss-up between the Pigs and AU. Bama and LSU are going to finish third in the West at some point in the next five years.

You're one of my favorite AU posters, my friend. that said, i think several of you have forgotten about the good recruiting job Tubs did pre-Saban.

His recruits led to an undefeated season in '04. They led to 6 straight against your biggest rival. They kept you consistently in the top 15 (somewhere Chiz has not yet consistently kept AU).

He had several kids that he recruited go as 1st rounders. He was GREAT for AU for a long time. The way I can tell this is because I hated him and wanted him gone.

Chiz may ultimately get there, but the jury is out on him until 2013. Really, though, this year the excuses have to stop. This is his 4th season. Virtually everyone on the roster belongs to him and his staff. Time to put up or shut up.
