I know a guy who was getting some recruiting interest from some SEC schools a while back. He ended up walking on at bama (and is actually the one who threw a water bottle and hit an AU player in the eye after the 06 IB, but I digress..) but had interest from a few others. He told me a few things against the rules that UT and Arkansas had done and I called the SEC office and told on them.
Of course nothing happened, but I felt better.

I'll say Bray as douchiest due to throat slashing/crazy signs/crying incidents in the past.

Ironic - only one underclassman has ever been the starting QB of the BCS champions...and he's the douchiest.
