Miami is an obvious choice.
Their stadium is in the middle of no whether 20 miles away from their campus, they put like 10k in the stands, it's pathetic.

For putting 100k fans in the seats each game, Texas is terrible.
There is more atmosphere at venues that seat 1/4 of that.
