Probably Ole Miss just because they take so much pride in it that so many people intentionally try to carry it on.

This. And I was in a fraternity although not all that fratty and I can guarantee this is the case. So many people ham up their frattiness while at school. It's pretty lame.

I was in a frat and the ONLY time I wore a suit or blazer and tie was when I was a pledge. I now where shorts and a polo when it's hot. Cool, I wear pants and polo or button up, never a sport coat, just a normal jacket. I agree, tons of GDI hate in this thread and it's comical. I will say that from what I have seen, this is between OM and UGA.

Had a GF since high school so GTFO with that. Have some of the same friends from HS as well, but hung out with more people not in my fraternity than that were in it so GTFO with that as well. I am picturing you in a much different light now. The frat hating is as immature as it can get if you base it on "paying for your friends". What a joke...

good for you dude. I find it funny that you are getting so defensive about my statement. Says a lot.

Wow man, you are really getting worked up. I am not sure where I ever "hated" on frats. I have ZERO (0) problems with frats and the people who join them. I have plenty of great friends that are in frats. Its fine if you want to pay money to be a part of a network of friends, but if you deny that you are paying for your pals then you are delusional. Like I said, if you want to shell out thousands of dollars for a social life, I see NOTHING wrong with that whatsoever, its just not MY thing.

Well don't hate me for having the money and wanting to do it. I don't hate you for not having it...

And FWIW, I really wasn't big into frats. De-activated my junior year but just kept going to eat the free food. Best part of the whole thing was "free" food and living in the house. My brother is talking to me about rush right now and I don't know whether to tell him to go frat or not. It really doesn't matter, but no, I didn't have to "pay for my friends". I did pick up some great ones along the way though that are and will remain friends for a long time.

bro, I am in no way hating on you for having money and wanting to do a frat. If I had something against that then I would not have many of the friends that I have today. I was just calling it like it is.

Sounds good to me.

I would tell him about what being in a fraternity is all about and let him decide for himself.

but no, I didn't have to "pay for my friends".

I know you didnt have to, but you did. And again, there is nothing wrong with that AT ALL.

Well you're too late, because we've already given the title to Old Piss.

Sad though, I know you were looking to tack on another championship.
