Sure. Mac Jones had a better season in 2020, statistically.

VS P5 Competition:
Jones - 311/402, 77.8%, 4500 yards, 41 TDs, 4 INTs, 203 Rating
Burrow - 331/438, 75.6%, 4676 yards, 48TDs, 4 INTs, 199.6 Rating

It's close, but against P5 opponents, Jones was just more efficient.
