Stolen from TexAgs. Explains it very well

quote:

Here's the damn problem. YOUR t-sips came tonight expecting the same treatment we have always given visitors. Polite. Nice. Welcoming. Your ****ing coach changed all that.

And most are COMPLETELY missing the problem here. The problem is NOT that the POS left to go to tu. The PROBLEM IS that the 2024 team easily COULD have won the national title. They whipped Tenn in game 1…..led game 2 in the 7th…..and lost game 3 by 1 run. All of that while POS, Weiner, and that brain dead idiot Cain were all on burner phones recruiting for another job when they were SUPPOSED to be coaching our team and giving them the best chance to win the Natty. They can say whatever the hell they want….it is NOT POSSIBLE to give 100% to the team you are coaching while you already have an agreement for another job and are using burner phones the last half of the season to recruit for your next job. This was in fact happening….ask the agents

He's a POS because he **** on the 2024 team. He was being paid MILLIONS by us and wasn't doing the job….he was working for the NEXT JOB

The 2024 team DESERVED BETTER.

I'm happy I fell asleep so as not to see our relief pitching collapse once again.
As for Schlossnagle, from the remarks and seeing the halfway built stadium in CS, I certainly can understand why he would want to leave.

Does aggy have a single facility that doesn't look as if it were cobbled together from outside project leftovers? BBP could be a beautiful stadium if aggy would just build it out to completion. Continue the grand stand down bothe sides. Delete the hodgepodge outfield scaffolding. Stadium back seats entirely. Damn aggy, you guys pride yourselves on building stuff. Does A&M even have a campus Master Plan?

BTW, Good Game.........Assholes. see you this afternoon.

Was a fun game with plenty of action from both sides. Could have easily gone either way.

Couldn’t tell from TV but the balls must have been doing some weird shite the outfield. Looked like outfielders thought they could get to some of the HR balls. That RF from Texas drifted toward wall, moved right, then sprinted in to make a catch on a dead run. Strange reactions in outfield by both teams.

Atmosphere was awesome.

Stadium smack talk from a frickstick who the Astrodome called asking for their turf back.

You need to sit this one out.

Your football team runs out of a uterus. Your baseball team doesn’t even play on grass. Your basketball team doesn’t have digs that are all that special either.

Continue to run of a uterus and coach the Aggies on our athletic facilities.

What is really funny is that the tsips don’t even know the history and lifestyle choices of the **** that coaches their team. Why he’s really divorced, and why he had to hightail it out of Fort Worth. Maybe the froggies can enlighten them.

If you guys didn't care while he was in College Station, why would Texas fans care now?

I know enough about it as I'm sure most people familiar with college baseball do. Most also know what you and a few other aggy think about him as you and others are free with your disdain.

Here's my take on it, and just mine....whatever he does with his personal life he'll one day have to deal eyeball to eyeball with his maker. I haven't ever, and hope that I would or wouldn't do some of the things I've heard that he may have done. I don't want to have to face my maker with any more life indescretions than I already have.

We're dealing with professional athletes and adults, not children. They're adults, they vote, they can be sent off to war. They've grown up with unfiltered internet for crying out loud. I would hope they've chosen to play ball for coach Schlossnagle to make some money now, and a lot more later in the majors. I'd like to think a ball player didn't choose Schlossnagle to have his character molded. He should already have his character path chosen by this time and wanting to develop his baseball abilities.

Well said. We can agree on that at least

Well if you can agree with me on that, you can also agree that BB Park is a half arse built stadium that needs to be built out along the foul lines, complete with seat backs and aluminum benches and mud slides gone.

Agreed?

Agreed. There are logistics issues though. It is supposed to be expanded in the near future. We are finally getting a pitching lab, and a really good one at that

BBP was built back when berms were all the rage in baseball park design

Yeah, Those pesky Building and Fire c
Codes get in the way, I bet.

Disch-Falk has similar issues, and surrounded by a major metropolis.

I don't understand the "Coach X is a shitty person" take.

You folks didn't care while he was there, in fact, y'all are still pissed that he left. So why would the new team's fans care?

Just seems like a massive cope.

It isn’t that he left. I personally have never liked Schloss and you can ask any A&M fan as much. It was that he did his best to destroy the program on the way out the door. I expect it to cool down on the next couple of years

Shitty
Turf
Field

And, there is no "may have" about it concerning your coach. Ask your TCU buddies why they weren't too upset when he found a new landing place.
To support CoAg's point....burner phones, agent communication, job negotiations and attempted player poaching while in the playoffs with the Ags...and fricking lying about it.

He was/is a shitty human....and he will do the same to you guys. Enjoy.
