What is the going rate for raping and beating people these days? I would guess HaHa would only get about half that

Different animal, no pun intended.

Individual behavior vs institutional control.

LSU had a rogue coach. Player never saw the field, and now plays significant downs in the NFL. Coach dismissed.

I think when you factor in Clinton-Dix has played games this season, and coach is on indefinite leave, things get dicey.

I would not be at all surprised to see this matter unresolved until season's end. Too much at stake to take a chance on an unfavorable ruling. Networks would not be happy.

Especially with Emmert's botching of Miami and crippling of USC, along with his established relationship with Saban. I know the conference can find a way around it. I'm just not sure that they will feel a sense of urgency here.

We're not talking Cam Newton here.

One would think Emmert can separate his personal vs. professional friendship with Saban.

Of course he can, but this is definitely beyond personal. This has become a national issue, and the NCAA's control has been called into question. It puts undue pressure on them, and the possibility of more bad PR.

It's not like a recent, former player was caught being an agent liasion w another former player during the season.

I'm telling you, don't be surprised to see this stay status quo. But, if there is a conference that could get around this for one of its members, you're in the right place! No question about that. Lol

Landon Collins says that may be a while.

The team grows stronger week by week. Sure he will be welcomed back, but Saban has a plug and play team which will be stout by LSU.
Had rather play Bama early in the season.

His replacement Landon Collins is probably one of the top 5 safeties in the conference.

I wish LSU didn't pass on him, we could use him right about now.
