Who said he was? I highly doubt any team, including the Jets, would draft Milliner with the expectation that he immediately become the best corner in the NFL.
It was a solid value pick for the Jets instead of wasting a pick on one of these average QB's.

I agree that DM is no Revis, but I still think that taking a potential top flight CB is a good first pick. Hardly a "waste" of a pick anyway. They can still get a solid guard later IMO.
