Manziel was supposed to get hurt against LSU and Bama last year, too.

We didn't hurt him, just contained him. Will do the same this year.

If it were me I would bench him until he gets his act together. IDGAF how good you are. I mean would Bear Bryant have put up with that? Hell no.

The half life of his NFL career will be about 3 months.

No matter how many eye popping stats Manziel has this year (if he's fortunate enough to last all season) he will not win the Heisman. No one is pulling for him this year.

MoneyBadger indeed. He is what Tyrann would have been like with money. Great impact player but the fame is too much for him.

After the NCAA pinch he's out of the autograph game. Now he needs another way to make some bread for the rims and hoes. He gets busted with a gun and dope. His homeboy Nate looks like he would snitch on JFF if need be, watch out for something like that too.

It was a joke, guy. A&M's talented QB is a punk arse. Even if he wins a National championship and another Heisman, he will still be a punk arse. A'ight?

Sounds like op is worried. Manziel 3 TD's in 8 throws pretty damn strong!

Johnny Hendo is on the path to destruction. He won't make it to his senior season. Guy is a major douche canoe and he's about to go off the tracks.

If he gets drafted. Tyler Bray went from a sure 1st-2nd round pick his sophomore year to projected around the fourth and yet ultimately wasn't drafted.

Why? He showed tons of immaturity. Didn't listen to his coaches. Had on and off-field displays of immaturity, never studied film in college by his own admission and basically relied solely on his outsized talent. Although there's not a single scout who wasn't drooling over his arm and ability to throw an accurate pass to a receiver in damn near any awkward position you could place a QB in it was ultimately the question of his maturity that cost him -- will this kid do what's asked, is he coachable, will he buckle down and actually work on film and the other parts of his game that are missing. This cost him being drafted as all those signs point to a player who thinks he's above doing the work required.

He had a ton of suitors during the draft telling them they wanted him even though they may not be able to pick him this round and AFTER the draft and ultimately signed a pretty good deal for someone not drafted but the message was sent. So far he seems to have gotten it -- when money is on the line it's a job just like anyone else who punches a clock and you best be punching that clock and doing what's asked of you. He was very much wanted by teams but no one was willing to invest or waste a pick on such a risk at QB and immaturity.

Despite his fame, his talent, his fabulous wins Manziel needs to pay close attention to what happened to Bray. No name QBs with far less ability in every aspect were drafted over Bray but they didn't have immaturity issues. KC likes Bray a lot and he may well turn things around (he had awful coaches that he didn't respect and who failed him in a lot of ways by not enforcing more discipline on him and he's already at no. 3 on the depth chart with rumbling about moving him to no. 2) but he lost millions over immaturity.
