It never did. But they're more arrogant than LSU fans with a major splash of insecure, so they just roll with it like it's a thing. Trust me--I'm a Tech undergrad fan, so we know arrogance when we see it because we're the cockiest of all.
It's funny watching ULL and ULM get in hissy fits over it. Tech watches from the sidelines in humorous observance, and LSU didn't even show up to watch them battle it out. But I have to give ULM credit--they're correct on this one. ULL is wrong.
