The quotes are from OM's 1B Orvis and Bianco, so not sure if it is true or not, just what they are saying.

Kellenberger's a good journalist FWIW, so I am guessing he did his due diligence. I'd believe it if he's reporting it.

It's from Bonner, the State beat writer who for some reason is in Omaha covering y'all..

Fun fact that the Clarion-Ledger left out. Last year every team (including State) had multiple bats confiscated.
The bats that were confiscated were practice bats. Not the bats they use in the games.

Oh. Well I believe it if he's reporting it FWIW. The CL's beat writers aren't ones to make shite up or report unverified or unverifiable stories.

link?
Ole Miss had a handful of bats deemed ineligible, as did all seven other CWS participants.

Show me a source on this? I have been told from a solid source that State didn't have bats confiscated. Plus media would have mentioned it if they were.
Not that it matters, there is no way Bianco is dumb enough to have rolled bats in Omaha subject to testing.

No. Actually that was not a quote. The statement was placed in between quotes...but that was from the article, not a quote.

Why is a bat illegal if it has a minor dent in it? Safety or is it cheating some how? I don't follow college baseball

It is supposed to add "pop" to the bat.

Why? Why is what happened to State last year somehow relevant in this story?
It's amazing how y'all think the media somehow gives as much of a shite about the Egg Bowl as y'all do, or that they see things in terms of State relative to Ole Miss and vice versa.

How the Hell did I manage to troll a State fan with this topic

Agreed. He should be banned.

They should probably just kill both our football and baseball programs, judging by how much we've "cheated" in the past 2 years. Only logical decision now
