never had had hard liquor that tasted good. The stuff I'm drinking tastes like I imagine gasoline taste like. Where are you getting this stuff?

Ummm, the liquor store.

What brands are you buying? The stuff I'm talking about is $50 a fifth, but it's fantastic.

No no no. The ketchup is for the FRIES.

Yes, but the fries/ketchup go in the mouth with the dog, right?

Unless you are putting the fries (or the dog) somewhere else?

maybe I just have a bad pallet. I actually drink good stuff usually. It just seems like the difference between good liquor and bad liquor is how well it mixes. It all tastes about the same to me when I drink it straight.

I can't eat any type of bean. ever since I was a kid I would throw up as soon as I put them in my mouth. I don't think I can handle the texture of them. It sucks cause it ruins chili and other food that looks really good.

Chili con carne (sans beans) is good eatin'.

Red bull-vodka used to be MY shite. Was my go to game time drink for like 3 seasons probably. Didn't go with it near as much last year though.

Why would I not want to drink my drink as fast as possible. Isn't it the point to get as drunk as possible before the game to withstand not drinking for four quarters? Well for me it is and coke zero helps me achieve that.

Not at all, but I take a small bit of lime sherbet between each bite to clense my pallet, so that I can appreciate the flavors of every morsel. I'm an F&D Board baller like that.

Not for me. I drink primarily because I enjoy the flavor of the drink. I also enjoy a mild buzz, but not really a full on drunken buzz. Much like I eat because I enjoy the flavor of the food. I rarely if ever drink with the goal of getting as drunk as possible as quickly as possible. Although when I was in HS and college, that was certainly my goal.

Just what I was thinking. Probably 22 years old or younger. The goal back then was to drink as much as possible, as quickly as possible, as cheaply as possible.

gotta be. it wasn't until around 25 that i started to appreciate the nuances of different beers and whiskeys.

but some people just don't have a refined palate. it's not always something you can learn or teach. i've tried for a while now to development a better taste for different wines but it's still not on par with some people i know.
