We have So and Fr actually starting/playing and we are the number 1 team in the nation. You have young guys playing but not playing anywhere close to the same as ours. GTFO with your stupid arse homerism.

I should have expanded my opinion as to why. Which is mostly the fact you don't really know who is going to pan out, you'll have some transfer/fail/injured/etc that will set you back. Plus you don't have the numbers to start with like LSU and Bama. That's why it will take a few more classes than you anticipate.

Next year LSU will have more all around talent than this year and our Natty hopes will depend on how Mett plays. Simple as pie. :DWI:

Well, you have to remember, we have had every signee of our last two classes qualify as well as picking up 3 four star transfers.
I think the talent is there. I think this season will bear it out. We are getting better each week because our problem is more experience than talent.

One is tagged a "homer" when no matter what evidence they're presented with they argue against it or call names.
Auburn winning a National Title last year doesn't automatically mean they're suddenly on par with LSU and ten years of recent history or Alabama and five - it means you won last year and you could be on the right track.

I hate you cheating fricks, but I have never disrespected you. Contrary to you & some of your barner brethren I have predicted a good year for AU going back to pre-season. Even before the suspensions I never took you jackasses lightly. Do I think we should win? Of course. Would I be shocked at an upset? No, but I'd be extremely disappointed.

I know and understand this. Earlier I pointed out that the West went through AU or LSU for about 5 years (2003-2007). That doesn't mean anything going forward. So, I pointed out the talent that each team has accumulated the last three years. Meaning next year's Seniors, Juniors, and Sophmores (not including redshirts and what will be the incoming true freshmen). The talent gap with those classes is negligible. That is my whole point. The talent starting next year will be close enough for AU to compete with LSU (and frankly bama). I never said we would win both games next year. But we will have enough talent too and that is all you want or need.

By the way, I was not presented evidence to dispute my premise that AU will have the talent to compete next year. Therefore, a quick insult was the response, absent the "meat" of a rebuttle to my premise for me to respond to.
That and the fact I am pressed for time now and gotta go.
