I admit to having my concerns about not only this, but also just the general way we handle injuries, and even the practice philosophy of Venables. Some of the rumors I've heard have not been kind to the staff. This year is seemingly markedly better, but I think that has to be a cultural shift as much as a procedural shift. We'll see if that's really taken place.
