What’s this shite about a salary cap investigation?

Just saw on you tube some “ muck raking” sports reporters claiming some big investigation underway to go after teams going over 21.5 million dollar salary cap, ( like half the SEC ), saying their NIL wasn’t properly approved and no way small towns (inferring Athens, Oxford, Tuscaloosa) could cost possibly generate an extra 30 million or so in legitimate NIL money.

I don’t want to defend this crazy shite but this sounded like some serious fricking bullshite to me and direct attack on the SEC as the motherfricker said “you could probably do that in Columbus, or Austin or big cities with big business ties that but no way in hell you could do it in Little towns, etc.”
