No. Presidents Mansion, Round House, and Gorges House are all pre-civil war building.
I always liked:

The Columns are the most recognizable, but Memorial union is also. Memorial Union honors 117 MU men who lost their lives in service to the United States during World War I. Their names are inscribed on the inside walls of the tower archway. In a tradition that dates back to a time when most men wore hats, whenever one walks beneath the archway, they are to tip their hat as a sign of respect to their deceased brothers. A plaque was later added inside the north wing in which the names of 338 MU men who lost their lives in World War II were inscribed.
and the columns again

and the columns again

For Ole Miss I'd say the Lyceum or Ventress Hall but since others have posted that I'll do something else ...
The only/largest legal pot field on a US college campus

Medical marijuana

I went to Gator Growl in 1984 where Bob Hope and Mariah Carey performed.
Bob Hope's best joke (so he thought) - Everytime a virgin graduates from UF, a brick falls out of Century Tower -- glad to see you guys are keeping the tower looking good... har de har.
Then Maria Carey got up and lip synced one of her songs and something happened with the audio and the audience figured out she was lip syncing.. The rough crowd at UF boo'd her and she ran off the stage crying. Bob Hope had to hug her and encourage her to finish her performance. I laughed.

Memorial Hall- Built in 1929 as a memorial to those who died during WWI. Has a pretty cool mural inside of it as well. Depicts early scenes from central Kentucky history.

I work on campus and have never been to the bonfire memorial. The last time I was ever at the polo fields was Thanksgiving day 1999. I just feel like nothing that they built could ever match the impromptu memorial that sprung up at the orange fence in the days following the collapse.

As noted it would be the Horseshoe or Capstone but other than that it could also be the Longstreet Theater.. the only USC building not on the Horseshoe built before the Civil War.
