At one time(decade ago), KC had some of the best, St.Louis, especially with pappys, bogarts,etc can go toe 2 toe with anyone.

And seriously, anyone can make great BBQ, it's the want 2.

I don't think any is the best, they're all great. It's just what you prefer/raised on.

Theres a place here that has alabama bbq. Now that is different. (smoked wings in the Alabama white sauce)

STL and KC has great ribs, no denying that. But I do prefer Memphis and Austin.

O ya. Granted im not a bbq junkie, I think its just good, I dont go around raving how much I like it.

Shite you not, one of my fav bbq places is that small joint a blocks south(?) of your guys stadium. The place where people park on the front lawn.

STL had a cut named after them, they don't know how to cook them. Its a bad BBQ town. The grill it and cover it with sauce.

Although my fav dipping sauce for fries is Mayo.
Picked that one up in Europe and been doing it ever since.
