The current Notre Dame football program doesn’t have any quit in them. Some teams just pack it in when they get down. I and everyone but Notre Dame thought the rout was on when Ohio State went up 31-7 half way through the 3rd quarter. But damned if Notre Dame thought that. Freeman has a very steady demeanor and his players reflect this.
I didn’t watch the post game tonight but I bet he didn’t assault any tables and I bet he didn’t blame his players for the loss.

Biggest win of the year for LSU.
It was a good game. Notre Dame actually had hope in the 4th quarter of a national championship game. Brian Kelly has certainly never experienced such a thing.
