He would keep the trend of hiring peckerheads!

That’s 18 M before they spend a cent hiring someone else. At a minimum their HC is going to make 5 M. Their AD a little more and a new DC at least 1 M. Do they have 25 M for 2019? I’m thinking no.
I don’t know when O will be fired , maybe 2020 maybe not til 2023, but you have to fire Alleva when it happens. Have to.

Aranda is a west coast guy. He will replace Clay Helton at USC in two years when they realize he can't ever get over the hump and win the NC.

I love Aranda and would want to keep him here if it means HC, but I TRULY want an offensive culture change.. SO BADLY
Even if it means losing him.. LSU can attract great defensive coaches much easier.

Because Alleva..
O wouldn't get a HC job at any NCAA school of late.

You may be right, but a new HC may want his own staff and Aranda may not fit in.
I imagine most would be fine with him. If not I would respect that.
I am so ready for an entire overhaul. It's ridiculous O simply promoted the position coach who was apart of the awful QB culture.. It was lazy, just like his AD. Who knew the answer to LSU's QB problems was the tight ends/qb coach all along.. I also would be fine with letting everyone go, including the strength coaches.
