Half the Big 12 is going to the Big Ten. The other half to the SEC. /S

IIRC, after the first round, the match ups are reshuffled so that the one seed plays the lowest remaining seed and so on.
So, if LSU was the 1 seed and the 12 upsets the 5 in the first round, LSU gets the 12 instead of the winner of 8/9 like they would this year.

WHY shuffle things after only 2 years of a larger # team format?
