I really don't know what Mett has to do with this, but you won't find 1 legitimate draft analyst or sports personality that would pick McCarron over Mettenberger.

Pretty sure Mayock and Jeremiah both did. Though Mett's knee may have been the reason.

Wouldn't be the first time Mayock has overvalued an Alabama draft pick.

LSU QB last I checked. Crawling like his fanbase in this thread. Not that difficult. Well, strike that last remark.

Maturity goes a long way to even being drafted.

Tyler Bray was good enough to be top quarterback drafted in last year's draft. But he lacked even an ounce of maturity, which caused him to go undrafted.

McCarron is slightly more mature than Bray, but not near as physically talented. McCarron's antics could wind up embarrassing him come May.

Is it really over rating him when he has a good, not great arm, proven ability in the clutch, and the best football IQ at QB in the draft?

I think as far as McCarron is concerned, any exposure is good exposure. His career will be as a backup.

Starla, AJ Starr, "This is on me", so immature he won't even drink in front of children and he refuses to participate in the juvenile action of smoking pot.

We'll see how it goes. I'd expect Mett will go about 40 to 50 picks ahead of McCarron.

Yet he blames his team for the season being a bust.

Probably. Only knock anyone can fairly have on Mett is mobility, imo.

Is he wrong? Saban has talked about some teams failing to have the drive needed, is he immature?

Hardly blaming anyone. Just telling it like it is. AJ, Norwood, and Mosley tried as hard as they could all season. You could tell guys like HaHa, the OL sans Steen, Hubbard, and even Yeldon were half assing it at times.

Mobility and health. There may be doubt in some teams' minds if he'll be ready to start by preseason. I think Bortles, Bridgewater, Manziel, and Carr will all go in the first.

The next guy on most teams draft boards will probably be Mett. He may go early to mid 2nd round.

I meant Kenny Bell. I'm not sure where I got HaHa from.

Even if he was, if there's one thing Puff knows how to do, its make money and make himself look good in the process. AJ could.learn from that/
