These UGA fans are so cocky. For a program that always fails to live up to the hype when they have high expectations. I can't think of another program with such big advantages that underachieves more except for maybe FSU. You might play "grown man football" against Missouri, but talk to me when you beat the best to be the best.

Start bumping your chests after the USCe game at least.

It's pretty funny how some of you have a stick up your arse about the new dawg fans. The bitching isn't necessary or helping.

Yes. Only if you put three or four more in there with him. I wouldn't want the little feller to get lonely.

Who concerns themselves with Mark Richt's UGA teams. They are soft, and if they make the SECCG they will be humiliated again by either Bama or LSU.

BINGO!
FSU has to share Florida...UGA rules the roost in Georgia. By that standard, its a dismal program. Richt has no excuses when you look at in-state talent and school resources. They should win the SEC at least every 3 years or so. That's the simple truth. Or at least be in the hunt for it. They are perennial underachievers ...and they should fire every coach until they get it right.

2002 SEC Champions
2003 SEC East Champions
2005 SEC Champions
2007 SEC East split with Tennessee
2011 SEC East Champions

No such thing as SEC East Champions

Maybe so, but I used the terminology to prove we were in the hunt.

Do you really think UGA was in the hunt to win the SEC last year? They were clearly a couple of notches below what was needed to win the SEC.

Just as much as LSU was in the hunt for a MNC

That's cute, but I'm talking about the SEC.
Are you denying they're perennial underachievers? They wanted to fire Richt a year ago. Why is that?
Edit: LSU can match Bama's physicality. They lost because they were severely out coached. UGA is not on that level yet. I'll believe it when I see it.

No I am not denying we should have a recent BCS title, but to say we are not in the hunt for a SECC every 3 years is absurd.

I don't know how Richt keeps his job with all that UGA has going for it. A great in-state talent pool better than every state in the SEC with the exception of FL. Beautiful campus in a beautiful town. Great facilities. A population & economic boom only further deepening the talent pool.

Honestly....Richt was on the red hot seat last year after going 0-2, dawgs were screaming for his head and a soft schedule and the worse year in ages for a UF team and a mediocre AUI team let him slide into the SECCG and off the hot seat so the leghumpers forget how bad he really is...who is kidding who? Look at the recruiting classes.
No NCs in 32 years and no chance of ever getting one with him at the helm.

For what it's worth we probably have an advantage over Florida as well because of FSU and Miami. Two years ago the state of Georgia had the most players at the NFL combine except for California (kids that played high school football in that particular state). Richt on one team had the #1 QB, #1 RB, and #1 WR taken in their respective drafts. Richt has underachieved no doubt.
Most people around the country and around the south do not realize the advantages UGA has. Tech is hard as shite and does not appeal to a lot of kids. South Georgia is a hotbed of talent and mostly pro UGA. Atlanta Metro produces the second most D1 football players in the south after Miami and I think this year there are more in Atlanta than in Miami.
As much as I hate to agree with you, you are right. If the UGA admin would commit they way the Bama admin has I think you would see a program that few could compete with year in and year out.
