I agree most of the time, but I think Oregon State can make a case. That’s a small program that hasn’t done anything in basketball since the 80s, and they were picked last in their conference.

Probably mostly based on the odds of winning.

If you went into the tournament with, say, 1 in 25, that's not really a "Cinderella" team

Go into it with 1 in 10,000 odds and definitely

The cut off? No idea.
