Not really.If you were talking about LSU's history with rematches, you would have nothing to go on, as no player or coach from the 2011 team was on any of those other teams, and had zero connection to those teams other than sharing a similar uniform and representing the same university, hence you must have been referring to rematches in general.

Be an arse for pointing out the bitching thats gone on about a rematch? It ain't being an arse to point out the excuse making, its just pointing to facts. Going into the game there had been 20 rematches between ranked teams in college football. The team that won the first game was 11-10 in the second game. Those tell us that there is little connection between either games in a rematch, as they split the second game roughly 50-50. The LSU teams you pointed to had no more a connection to THIS 2011 LSU team than any other of those 21 teams, except that they happen to wear similar colors.
