The spread/ hurry up/ new rules style football is what is killing the sec........ it allows teams with less talent to compete. It also devalues the dline talent that the southeast is loaded with

A lot of teams are in the bad part of a cycle, some are rising.
I'm not panicking yet, these are some of the worse teams in the SEC.
Vandy was 3 - 5 and had the game robbed.
Texas A&M was 4 - 4.
Georgia is 4 - 4.
Mississippi State was 4 - 4.
In fact, Florida is the only SEC East team that has a winning record in the East.
There are only four teams in the SEC who have positive records in the SEC as a whole, so...yeah I won't worry yet.

A lot of bad coaching hires while other conferences have hired big time coaches like Petrino , Meyer and Harbaugh . Plus a lot of top programs need better QBs. 2 of the top programs in the SEC had starting QBs that transferred from Purdue because they couldn't start there.

Bama beat a bunch of weak arse teams.
That made them look better than they really are.
We will see what happens when they are away from the comfort of a mediocre SEC schedule, and the protection of their SEC refs.

No elite coach wants to compete with Saban. they'd rather fake heart attacks and run off to weaker conferences where they know they can win.

I love this mantra. It's like exclaiming "It's gonna RAIN" and it doesn't for a week and people think you're an idiot. Then eventually it rains and that person emphatically announces that they knew they were right the whole time.
Eventually, yes, you'll be right. Alabama will lose. But to act like we suck, are overrated and only get W's because of refs makes you look like an LSU fan.

Oh, well frick, nevermind. You don't know shite about football anyways. At least it's almost baseball season for you and LSU. That's what y'all are good at, stick to it.

1. Bama isn't a derogatory word in the rest of the country
2. Inbred recruiting practices.
Compare rosters: Bama LSU
Bama isn't grabbing talent from just Alabama and the south in general. They're grabbing from everywhere else too. Even if those players are only in the Top 20 in their state that year, that's more likely talented than the 15th best player in a small state.
I chose LSU to compare because it's just so high in Louisiana players. The rest of ya'll aren't that well off either.
