I have it on good authority that Oxford, MS has some great chicken on a stick! It's the next bestest thing to corn dogs!

I trust Buccee's enough to assume they were right to do it.

Sure they are. They old when they graduate high school according to Kiffin's likes.

There are threads right now on Tiger Rant about ranking LSU logos and another about whether or not Joe Burrow is an a-hole or a nice guy.

For Bama:

- Coach X is holding us back and needs to go VS. The Saban knows best crowd

- good news is we have a back-up QB better than the starter again. That is a Bama requirement for success.

- white helmets

- field turf

- a live Elephant mascot named Albatross

I would be interested to see this. I'm sure someone has one rendered somewhere. I love the Florida white helmets.

Thankfully this one won't be.

"Which qb is better....Franks or Burrow ?" We won't have to listen to Florida fans trying to rationalize why Franks is better and he has Mullen and Burrow has O. And, how O will never win a championship especially before Mullen.

Long time Bama board inside joke about bringing back a live mascot. Bama used to have a live elephant mascot in the 40s named Alamite. He'd be walked out at games, at pep rallies, and carry the homecoming queen (pic below is from 1947 homecoming game vs LSU)

Cost became too much, so the Univeristy went to a rent a mascot for the day and borrowed one from the Bham zoo for big games and events.

I assume the inevitability of a tragic accident and associated liability and other costs led to that creepy Version 1 of Big Al replacing the live elephant. The elephant packed into the quad here must have been doped up to no end. Or, he was the most chill pachyderm on earth.
