And I guess we'll just ignore them failing when they had the opportunity to beat Washington to win the conference. Missed penalties happen. Keying in on one in 12 games in an entire season as to why a conference championship is one is ridiculous. And this was a personal foul penalty, at that, that had no effect on the outcome of that particular play. You're saying because WSU didn't get bailed out by a bonehead late hit by a USC player that they should have won the Pac12.

Maybe don't find yourself losing late in the 4th quarter and you won't be searching for personal foul calls to win. And who says they go on to score a TD there? WHo says they don't miss another FG or lose in OT?

Did it dawn on you that the only reason Washington State and Texas Tech were even in a position to win their conference was due to Mike Leach.

I think most state fans would agree on the fact that if Mike Leach gets us to that point it will have been a terrific hire.

We have only won one SEC West championship in our history. We have only realistically competed for the SEC West 2 or 3 years in total.

So, if Leach can get us just competing for it every 3 or 4 years it will be a successful hire.
