With one loss (LSU/Bama winner loses to East winner in the SEC Championship game). Do all three go to the playoffs?

That would be interesting! Probably just two.. Both that were in the SECCG.. But it may depend on the scores of those games..

east winner would for sure be in the playoff. loser of sec championship game would have a very good chance of getting in.

loser of lsu/bama would be toast.

I mean if LSU goes unbeaten then loses to UF a team they beat earlier. You could easily argue LSU and UF should both be in and possibly Bama too. But for that to happen all other teams should need 1 loss. OSU likely doesnt lose. No one in the Big Ten has the athletes to hang with them will have to be a complete collapse for them to lose a game this year pre playoffs. Clemson faces absolutely no one so they do not lose either.

So probably isnt happening

Hypothetically, if undefeated LSU loses to one loss UGA in SECCG, UGA gets in along with undefeated Clemson and Ohio State. Then the committee has a cluster on its hands. May have four one loss teams left. The worse two would have conference championships. The better two wouldn’t and the best would have a head to head win over the second best.

Can you imagine the hate if LSU and Florida played for a third time this season in the Natty?

I think that's about as likely as me getting hit by a meteor in all reality, but I suppose it's theoretically possible.

Everyone also said they didn’t see Oklahoma losing one this year and that there would be 4 undefeated teams. OSU still has to get through Penn St, Michigan, and the Big 10 title game. A loss is not out of the question

Clemson on the other hand has Wake Forest and USC. Neither of those teams should put up a fight so they’ll take the first spot

How does Florida and Georgia both end up with one loss?

Are they going to tie Saturday?

You dawg fans should know not to underestimate Scar.

If you can't win a Natty, the next best thing is to ruin your hated rival's chance at one.

Calling it now: Scar defeats Clemson.

Texag7 and will let everyone know that bama is better than everyone and that no one has a chance. Which will lead to wide spread confusion since texag7 supposedly went to diet Texas.

Did you think Illinois could hang with Wisky?

It TCU with Oklahoma?

Weird shite happens in college football.

And that is why Ed O will win a Natty.

ETA: talking to LSU fans about impossible odds happening to win a Natty is pointless.

Look at the final week of 2007. Four improbable outcomes needed to happen after we lost to Arky.

Every single one happened. It's why every LSU fan was still awake at 2 am watching Hawaii for the final piece.

If Bama beats LSU and loses to Auburn and then wins the SECCG, I see two SEC teams in the playoffs.....Bama and LSU

If LSU beats Bama and then loses to either Georgia or Florida in the SECCG, I see LSU and the SEC Champion.

Bama loses to LSU and Auburn, then LSU stumbles in the SECCG (which I don't see happening, then LSU could potentially still go)

I do not see a two loss SEC team, Georgia or Fla, going at all, even if they were to win the SECCG, if LSU or Bama remains with only one loss.

Just my perspective.
