We were #1 in the nation in football for five weeks. Mississippi State.
The sports gods demand sacrifices.
But seriously, its a little of everything listed. Talent isn't what was expected, the change of baseballs hurt our team, and Cohen isn't well liked. I expect Cohen to be around next year, as we are just 23 months removed from playing for a national championship, but I didn't expect Rick Ray to get the boot either.

A combination of poor game decisions, recruiting classes that are getting killed by the draft, and a lack of pitching development. Fundamentals across the board are also not very good. I don't think Cohen is State's answer but I imagine they'll be better this year. They're having the year I really thought Ole Miss would have, but kudos to Bianco.

Bianco has killed MSU baseball
