The secret sauce is the head coach. Get the right head coach and special things can happen. He can get the administration going in the right direction. Hires and fires the right assortment of assistants. Recruits and uses the right talent successfully. And inspires the fanbase to do whatever feeds the program most appropriately.
Georgia hasn't found that guy yet. Richt was close, but something was missing (mostly, a propensity for making winning be the total end all and be all at Georgia). Time will tell if Kirby has the get up to sort it all out, but that's what we're hanging our hat on for the moment.

What hurts more? The last three losses or knowing the Gap isn't closing. I know a few of you insecure pricks will jump off a bridge before this steak ends. Can't wait to tailgate your funeral
