Hmm good question.

I vote "Curse of Charlie Pell"

Dooley pushing for UF to be removed as SEC champs. No titles since. UF became the powerhouse of the East. All because of Vince Dooley.

In my lifetime (47 years), the teams I have grown up supporting (Dawgs, Braves, Falcons, Hawks) have won 2 titles out of 188 combined seasons. That is brutal.

I looked up the Atlanta dream. They have actually been to 3 championships and lost all of them lol. Atl United chokes in its first season. 2 nhl franchises have come and moved to Canada.

Atlanta United didn't really choke (but I understand why some might think that given how they did when it went to PKs)...

Just bad luck, many soccer matches between fairly even teams end in a draw, penalties are basically a coin flip. It happens.

It is called the Georgia Gag, you just cannot handle the pressure at the final level. It is amazing how losing breeds losing, and wining breeds winning. It is just what they do.

95 doesn't count. Braves won in a shortened season after the 94 lockout.

The state of Georgia hasn’t won anything since 95.

Geez, it's only been like 22 years. That's not enough time for a "curse". That takes many many decades. Geez, a little entitled these days, aren't we people?

Sometimes you can't look at how long it's been, it's how it happened
