You seriously never watched it as a kid? Wow. I'm glad you liked it though. I love that movie. I also got to watch Home Alone 2 today. Nobody has been showing the first one though, and that really disappoints me. I need to buy those movies. I got The Town on blue-ray today. I forgot to mention that gift.
