It's very possible.

Fortunately for him, he does.

Thats far more an indictment of the justice system in this country than anything else.

But I wouldn't expect for any of you mouth breathing mongoloids to understand that.

You’d be posting the same thing if the victim was a family member? No.

I truly believe a lot of these wack job updykes would. They are worse than Penn State.

Best of luck to this Miller kid. Seems like a simple case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe he can get past this and earn a degree and move on.

But God forbid that any should question this woman's choice of friends and why she chose to be out partying with them instead of being home with her child.

Blaming the victim is a bad, bad look.

You can certainly question that. Just not as a defense of Miller. It would be an indictment on all involved.

Are you really this fricking stupid? Do you actually think Miles kept his gun stored in Miller's car 24/7?

But he took it with him that night because he figured he would need it? Why is that?
And miller supposedly had no idea the gun was there?

Don't forget the idiot who said Miles fired the gun.
Or the idiot who said Miller had a gun on campus.

Legally speaking, that is correct. And you must be really out of touch with the near future. Brandon will be the first college player taken in the draft.

Next year the rant can scream at the NBA.

You think Miles never took the gun on campus? Hilarious.

Its worse than that. If their entire season(and self worth) didn't rest on miller playing, he would have at least been suspended. Any run of the mill bench warmer would have been kicked off the team, and probably out of school.

No one is saying he won't. He will seemingly fit in with many other NBA stars

You know for a fact the gun never made it on campus, or that the gun wasn't stored in millers car all the time?
It all looks real bad.
