Not for the 2013 Cotton Bowl for one fan base…

??

Just because A&M annihilated Oklahoma doesn't mean that the venue and environment was that great. The Death Star is a HORRIBLE college football atmosphere.

I believe the SECCG should be moved to Houston. I also think the Sugar Bowl should move to Houston.

I think you mis-spelled Dallas!!!

But Houston should definitely be the home of the SEC headquarters

Fox Bros. BBQ and Houston’s are not in downtown Atlanta.

Not in central downtown, no. But Little Five points, while not in downtown is almost in dead center of the city of Atlanta. Are you adverse to driving 10-15 minutes to eat? That's just lazy. They are excellent restaurants not far from central downtown Atlanta.

My wife went to Atlanta for a week and had a great tie. Walked everywhere we went (except when we ate at Houston's) and found good restaurants.

I mean we are talking about going to a city for a football game. Would you go to Las Vegas and complain that the strip is not downtown? I'm wlling to bet if you were at a convention in downtown Las Vegas you would happily hop in your car and drive 10 minutes to the strip, and not bat an eye.

Anywhere but ATL. It's like a bigger Memphis

ATL's 3 times the size of Nashville and has many more varied things to do, not to mention a much bigger and more exciting downtown than Nashville.

In which downtown are you more likely to be shanked?

Overall, I’d agree. I’ve seen a few games there. I rarely looked on to the field. I was usually looking at the massive screen. I was there for the 2013 Cotton. Sears weren’t great as they were at an angle. But, as an OU fan that day, the seats didn’t really matter.
